One of Christine's favorite tricks to creating a clean smokey-eye is using a powder puff and placing it under the eye. This will help collect most powder that falls during smokey-eye application. Use a feathered brush to remove any excess powder under the eye. There are several feathered brushes you can use and Fan Brush #22 from Smashbox is one of Christine's favorites.
